He is the founder of the firm in whose name of the firm stands. He has over 45 years of experience and supervises the regulatory operations and client relations in Kumbakonam. He has a rich expertise in Direct Tax Laws. He is a fellowship member of the ICAI.

2. S SIVAGURUNATHAN, FCA, Partner

He has over 20 years of experience and supervises the regulatory operations and client relations in Chennai. Having worked in the areas of SAP, he has technical expertise in Income Tax and Audit and analytical skills, he actively supports in Project Financing. He has in-depth knowledge of Working Capital Management and the lending norms of Banks/Financial Institutions. He is an Ex-Independent Director of Tamil Nadu Express Transport Corporation Ltd, Chennai.

3. S DAYANIDHI, FCA, Partner

He is responsible for compliance administration for the clients in Kumbakonam. He has expertise in Tax [Direct & Indirect] Compliances and Audit. He is a fellowship member of the ICAI.
